Can I gift my hemp with my friends and family?

Yes! You can absolutely share it.  Jar the flower and gift it with anyone 21 years or older.  Share bouquets.  Make tasty CBD treats and invite some friends over.  However, you just can't turn it into a CBD cupcake and sell it to someone.  There are specific state laws, and licenses that you would need to start a hemp business. So, draw the line at a business but by all means gift this herb/vegetable wonder to your friends and family just like you would a box of tomatoes or homemade pesto.

Many states allow for growing hemp at home, however each state's laws vary. You'll want to check your state, county, and city rules relating to growing at home.  This website is a good resource containing information for each state.
